Giving Back to Puerto Rico
HighSoClub business of hospitality, so making sure our own Puerto Rican people are taken care of is essential. That is why we make it a priority to give back to the community.
HighSoClub properly compensates its employees with rates 30% above the median salary in Puerto Rico, regardless of their job description. We also help those outside our company by helping with earthquake relief, delivering masks to support COVID-19 initiatives, and even sponsoring new equipment to our local boxing gym. Unlike large hotels, which pay their employees the least possible to maximize their profits, HighSoClub sees itself as an extension of the Puerto Rican family, and it’s continually expanding its ways of giving back to the community.
